Teazaar 2016

Thank you to all who contributed, volunteered, and attended this years Teazaar!

There is no way that it could continue without so many different individuals volunteering for specific tasks and responsibilities.  It was extremely helpful again this year to have people volunteer to plan for, set up, organize, decorate, make specific items and take responsibility for the various “venues”…….Baked Goods, Gingerbread House, Candy Cane Café, Treasures of Christmas Past, Jewelry, Festive Foods, Wreaths & Florals, Crafts-Center Area, and pre-Teazaar raffle ticket sales. Each area had special attention from one or more individuals.

We have to acknowledge our Teazaar “elves”….those who volunteer and give hours of their time and talents to Teazaar projects and crafts, room set-up, table draping, decorating, pricing, cookie baking, cookie packing, cheese cutting, clean-up and those who always enjoy working on Teazaar day.

There is a lot of fellowship, fun and warm conversations between those who work together on Teazaar. There is an excitement on Teazaar Day when the doors open and people who have been waiting (some for up to an hour!) enter Guild Hall. So, with the enthusiasm for Teazaar still apparent, we will begin planning for 2017…. a mile stone as it will be the 45th annual Teazaar held at our church.
